Yes, when you are posting your blog, you can include the tag of {hosting}video#{/hosting} where you would replace video# with the video number from the hosting company.  You can find the video # in some format on the URL as ?v=somecode or www.youtube.com/v/somecode.  Make sure it's just the video number in between the youtube tags.

Once you log in on the left column you should see a "Create" link.  Once you click that you can go through and start an initiative:

Each initiative needs 5 supporters before it officially gets added to the section.  Tell your friends!

When you're on your initiatives page you will see a "Links" link.  Click that and add any links that you desire.  The links will appear on the right column of your initiative under Related Links.
